By taking key measurements to determine body proportions, your body shape can be confirmed; hourglass, triangle, inverted triangle, rectangle or round. (No apples, pears or vases here! Just a few variations on five simple shapes.) Based on your body shape, I can show you how to create balance, make the most of your best features, and disguise the not so good ones, by making recommendations on the style of clothes to wear and how to wear them.
Dressing to enhance your best features and play down the ones you are less keen on, will give you a whole new perspective on your body shape and will make a Wardrobe Declutter or Shopping for new pieces so much easier. You’ll feel more confident too!
